We're offering a rare opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join our Corporate & Commercial team in Brisbane, working alongside Heather Beckingsale and Aston Joppich.

About the Role and Team

• Join a large, diverse team united by shared values and a clear vision, specialising in a broad range of Corporate and Commercial law and private client matters, including Wills and Estates and Property.

• Take a lead role in estate administration—drafting legal documents, preparing probate applications, managing court filings, and building trusted relationships with clients, executors, and beneficiaries through the estate administration process.

• This is a permanent, full-time position based in our centrally located Brisbane office, offering genuine collaboration and recognition through ongoing feedback, support, development, and training.

About You

• You bring proven experience in estate administration or a similar legal support role. Experience in drafting Wills and EPOAs and/or assisting with property matters is an advantage but not essential.

• You have strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.

• This role is ideal for a career paralegal seeking a warm, supportive team, or a seasoned legal secretary ready to take the next step.
