The position:
Working as part of our Sales and Customer Service team, you will be:

- Making outgoing / Taking incoming phone orders & enquiries from customers
- Performing Sales order entry
- Working with the Sales Team to maintain & upsell to existing customers
- Performing basic administrative duties including invoice posting, cash and cheque handling and following up overdue accounts

To be successful, you will:

- Be self-motivated and have excellent customer service skills
- Be a strong & clear communicator
- Be highly organised and have strong time management and planning skills
- Be a real team player who is willing to ensure every customer has an enjoyable experience
- Have had previous sales industry experience or similar
- Have good judgment and display initiative
- Have sound PC skills
- Have an eagerness and willingness to learn new skills that are focussed on understanding and matching the values of our customers
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans

This is a permanent part time position 25 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7am-12pm. Applicants seeking full-time employment will also be considered.

Two years previous experience in the same or similar role is preferred however if you have a strong desire to succeed and are looking for a role that will both challenge and reward you and love dealing with people, then please apply.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
