**Your new role**
Your new role as Organisational Effectiveness Manager is to lead and facilitate change initiatives across the organisation. This involves assessing the impact of change, developing change management plans, and effectively communicating and managing resistance to ensure successful implementation. Develop and implement performance management systems and processes that align with organisational goals. This includes setting performance expectations, establishing key performance indicators, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting managers in conducting performance evaluations. You'll develop strategies to foster a culture of employee engagement, motivation, reward, recognition and retention. This involves conducting employee surveys, analysing data, and implementing initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and productivity. You'll also collaborate with the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion area to develop and implement key initiatives.
You'll be responsible for collaborating with HR and senior leadership to identify key positions and develop succession plans to ensure continuity of critical roles. This includes assessing talent gaps, developing development plans, and implementing strategies to source internal talent. You'll assess and recommend changes to the organisational structure, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This involves analysing business needs, conducting organisational assessments, and implementing redesign initiatives. Utilise data-driven insights to assess the impact and effectiveness of organisational development initiatives. Develop and present reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations for continuous improvement.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You will come with proven experience in organisational development, change management, and talent development and strong knowledge of organisational development theories, practices, and methodologies. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. You must have demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate change initiatives and implement organisational development strategies and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. you'll be proficient in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
**What you'll get in return**
This role comes with a competitive package paying up to $130,000 plus Super.
