Business and Change Enablement Manager working for one of the big 4 banks in Sydney CBD on a permanent basis

**Your new role**

You will be responsible for
- Assist in providing and managing a framework that outlines the engagement model
- At times you may lead a team of qualified project and process Change Managers, Business Analysts and Project Analysts
- Provide reporting to the leadership team
- Support and ensure the leaders are equipped with the information and tools they require to lead
- Strong risk management and governance oversight of changes and process improvements to protect the business
- Develop and deliver effective change plans to support the achievement of change outcomes as well as develop and support the communication of project information

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Knowledge of banking products and processes
- Leadership and management experience of a complex project, managing multiple projects and changes at once
- Deep business and process knowledge of the areas supported
- Proven track record of managing business change through good stakeholder management
- Strong customer service and negotiating skills
