Change Manager - HR Transformation program - higher education institution
**Your new company**
A large Higher Education institution is looking for a Change Manager to deliver and implement a large HR transformation project. This program will look at people, processes and ways of working.
**Your new role**
As Change Manager you will work with 2 other Change Managers and a Change Analyst to support stakeholders through people, culture, process and new ways of working changes impacting the organisational wide. As Change Manager you will support all end-to-end change management activities. You will develop and implement a change management strategy based on the details of the change and the identified impact on the groups being affected by the change. You will develop change impact assessments, support with workshops and monitor the change readiness.

**What you'll get in return**
In return you will an 8m contract with the view to extend. You will receive a day rate of $900/day plus super and the opportunity to work on a high profile education project. The role is based in CBD and has extremely flexible working arrangements.
