**Job Title: Administrative Executive or Senior Executive (Based in Australia)**

**Description of Key Job Duties**:

- Manage office administration including reception, office supplies, telecommunication services and office assets
- Provide administrative support to the Country Manager and Sales team
- Handle Country Manager’s reimbursement and follow up closely with Finance team
- Support company event by preparing marketing collateral, such as corporate gifts, brochures, etc.
- Served as main point of contact for various vendors & visitor & office building management
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Skills Requirement**:

- Minimum 3 years of experiences as Administrative Executive
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good in Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT
- Possess initiative and ability to respond efficiently to various situation
- Meticulous and hardworking individual who is highly responsible and self-motivated

**Application Process**:
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
