We are seeking an experienced **Part-Time Admin Assistant** in the Artarmon area. This role will work closely with our Head of School Canteens.
This is a Permanent, Part-time role and a great job for a highly detailed person who enjoys ‘dotting the i's and crossing the t's’. Working in part-time, 4 days a week, there will be plenty of time for balance in life. This role will be assisting the Head of School Canteens who manages our Canteen Division, within the Vanilla Blue business.
**About Vanilla Blue**
We are a 16-year-old, award winning caterer and canteen provider based in the Artarmon. We manage 10 school canteens throughout the North Shore and cater amazing breakfast, teas and lunches to corporate clients around Sydney.
**Duties include**:
- Handling school canteen catering enquiries
- Assisting in the preparation of month end reports
- Assisting with recruitment tasks and paperwork
- Coordinating supplies and requests from multiple canteen sites such as packaging and office supplies
- Updating procedure and recipe manuals
- Liaising with Site Managers on requests/other
- Assisting with updates to the online ordering portal
**To be successful**:
- Previous administrative experience of 2-3 years
- Strong computer and IT skills
- High attention to detail
- A friendly, ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to manage and control tasks
- Previous Human Recourse experience would be favourable
- Profession English and accurate grammar and spelling
- Eligible to work in Australia

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
