At ibis Budget Melbourne Airport, we take pride in providing exceptional experiences to our guests. As a part of our dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere for travellers. We are currently looking for a reliable and customer-focused Casual Guest Service Agent to join us for the overnight shift. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring the safety and security of the hotel during your shift.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and assist with guest arrivals, departures and room allocations
- Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
- Assist guests with all enquiries and complaints and provide accurate information to guests about Property facilities and features
- Maintain a high level of health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members

**Qualifications**
- A positive can do & customer focused attitude
- Exceptional communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to handle guest complaints
- Availability to work overnight shift from 10pm to 7am, weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience using Opera Cloud would be advantageous
