Orygen Specialist Program provides mental health services to young people aged 15-25 and their families/carers in Melbourne's northwest and western suburbs. Orygen, the National Centre of Excellence in Youth Mental Health provides primary clincial services, policy and development, knowledge translation and youth mental health research activities.

**Your new role**:

- Develop and implement the organisations monitoring and response to infection prevention and control
- contribute effectively as a participative member within the Quality and Safety team provide support to clinical leaders with the development and implementation of a business continuity plan and ensure compliance with agreed deliverables and reporting requirements
- establish a strong working relationship with RMH and Orygen clinical and non-clinical stakeholders

**About You**:

- You are a self-motivated and enthusiastic professional with demonstrated experience in an equivalent role. You will also have:

- Knowledge and understanding of health care environments and infection prevention trends, best practice, quality improvement and innovation
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills including a demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Strategic thinking, organisational and planning abilities
- Knowledge of the accreditation process, and requirements of health care including industrial, legislative and regulatory
- The highest level of professionalism and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential staff related matters
