Transport Engineering Solutions (TES), a division of Sime Darby Motors Group, is one of Australia's leading suppliers of OEM truck and trailer solutions. TES is unique in the market delivering a complete range of products from world class brands in the core transport categories: Hydraulics, Braking, Transport Equipment and Materials Handling.

We are looking to appoint a Workshop Service Coordinator at our Noble Park location to manage customer engagement and data entry for our workshop.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Maintain and build relationships with existing key accounts
- Communicate and manage customer expectations regarding workshop bookings and scheduling
- Attend to customer payments when required
- Data entry involving timecards, service information and invoicing as well as varied tasks from accounts department
- Controlling vehicle condition reports whilst liaising with customers on pick up/drop off
- Upkeep of workshop documents including service, quality assurance and consumables

**Knowledge and experience**:

- Proven administration and customer service experience
- Familiar with workshop operations
- Good understanding of and relevant experience in the transport industry - transport hydraulics and/or braking will be highly regarded
- Be able to show initiative, solve problems and make decisions
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals.
