A permanent full-time opportunity has become available with an extremely well established, professional accounting firm in Ipswich for an experienced Team Administration Assistant.
**Providing administrative support to a team of accountants (currently five, including two directors), you will be responsible for a range of clerical duties, including**:
- Collating returns (in and out)
- Collating workloads and monitoring tracking system
- Electronic lodgements of various Tax Office documentation
- Downloading taxation documents
- Preparing forms (using templates) and downloading reports
- Electronic records management (including indexing documents into document retrieval system)
- Tracking client records and liaising with clients regarding outstanding documents as required
- Proofreading documents
- Providing general administrative support, including back-up assistance on reception as needed
**The successful applicant will ideally**:
- Be a Highly self-motivated team player
- Have proven ability to work with a sense of urgency in a pressured, high volume, deadline oriented environment
- Strong time management and organisational skills to manage competing priorities
- Strong memory recall, together with good spelling and proofreading skills
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Accurate keyboarding skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Confidence and competence learning and using a range of technology and computer systems
