We are a diverse group of businesses supported by a hugely talented Corporate Services team. This new role will join the team taking the lead on all reception duties as well as providing administration support to the Finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist or Administrator to make a stable and secure career move in joining CPM. It is an important role for the business and will see you working with an experienced team reporting to the Corporate Services Manager.

Key responsibilities will include;
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls to appropriate individuals promptly
- Receive and sort incoming mail distributing to the appropriate recipients
- Maintaining stationery, office supplies and uniforms
- Manage vehicle data, toll information, fuel cards and service maintenance needs
- Arrange travel bookings
- Data entry of accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices
- Accounts reconciliation
- Assist the Corporate Services team and Finance team with adhoc administration and end of month tasks

The successful applicant should demonstrate the following;
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow through to completion all assigned tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations
