Sustainable Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and reliable person to join our Team **part-time** as an **Administrative Assistant**at our head office in **Karana Downs (4306)**.

**About us**:
Sustainable Pty Ltd is a small Design & Construction company with over 40 years’ experience in delivering award-winning, design-led sustainable homes across Brisbane, broader south-east Queensland and northern NSW.

**About the Role**:
General day-to-day duties include (but not limited to):

- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Hard copy and digital document filing and archiving
- CEO personal assistance (e.g., booking appointments, preparing folders, etc.)
- Assisting team members with administrative duties, as required
- Assist in preparing and formatting documents/spreadsheets and generating reports
- Liaising with internal and external parties (e.g., suppliers, business partners, etc.)
- Manage office supplies inventory, inventory orders and post-office mail pick-up
- General cleaning and other ad hoc administrative duties, as required

**Role Requirements**:

- No experience required, though prior experience in a similar role will be looked upon favourably
- Be available to work within normal business hours and a minimum of 24-hours per week
- Must have a driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle and/or have reliable transport _(*Please note there is no public transport near us)_
- Someone with a friendly and positive outlook, an organised and self-motivated disposition and a focused willingness to learn and contribute within a small team environment

- Organised business administration skills with attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.) and related software / technology
- Capable of working unsupervised and within a small team environment
- Capacity to handle pressure, work to deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Passionate commitment to assist and help grow the business
