**Position**: Part-Time or Full time Property Management Specialist - Routine Inspections & Leasing

**Location**: Eastwood & West Ryde

**Part-time of Full -time with flexible scheduling options**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections of residential properties to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Document the condition of properties accurately, including any maintenance or repair requirements.
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and maintenance contractors to address identified issues promptly and effectively.
- Utilize property management software to manage inspection schedules, maintain records, and generate reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to property management and routine inspections.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and tenants.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in property management, with a focus on routine inspections & leasing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage inspection schedules and documentation.
- Proficiency in property management software to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients, tenants, and contractors.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices in property management.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, prioritizing tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
