**Property Manager**
We are seeking an **experienced**property manager to join our dynamic team. The role is to be under the Senior Property Team Leader and above the Property Officers.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 180 properties
- Saturday inspections only once per month
- Conducting of entry, exit reports.
- Liaising with landlord and tenants
- Conducting Opens for Inspection and private appointments.
- Handling repairs and maintenance
- 6 monthly routine inspections including written report to landlord.
- Managing rental arrears
- Adhere to compliance and regulations.
- Regular rent reviews
- Lease renewals
**Skills and experience required for the role**:
- Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
- Own car and valid driver’s license
- Customer service focus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation
- Experience with Property me, Inspection Manager & Eagle (preferred but not required)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $109,528.02 per year
