**About the Role**:
Primo Foods have a new opportunity available for a Training Administrator on a fixed-term 12-month contract based at our facility in Chullora. This role actively provides administration support to the Training team, specifically to complete task documentation and process mapping within our operations team.
**Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- Create and maintain task descriptions and task assessments for production processes
- Contribute to the daily administration and coordination of training initiatives and events such as Certificate III, induction, etc
- Maintain training records in employees’ files and in our learning management system
- Support the creation of contents for classroom and e-learning modules
- Assist with weekly and ad hoc reporting
**About you**:
- Experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
- Disciplined approach with administration and documentation
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
- Ability to problem solve, set goals,
- Proficient intermediate user of Microsoft Office, with the proven ability to use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Enthusiastic and willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- LMS or HRMS knowledge is desirable
