**Your new role**
As an EL1 Procurement Team Leader, you will lead the day-to-day management and overall delivery of tasks and projects relating to the successful conduct of any events, including participating in section planning and aligning longer term projects and plans with agency goals and objectives. In addition:

- You will also manage and support multiple staff within their section as well as coordinate working groups as required
- You will manage and deliver large scale projects, build internal and external relationships, manage procurement processes, manage priorities, complete complex analysis of problems and data, anticipate stakeholder needs, provide advice to management, and ensure quality outcomes

**What you'll need to succeed**
You have a lot to offer You demonstrate a proven ability to lead the design and delivery of large-scale, user-focused and quality projects or tasks to achieve strategic goals. You also show sound knowledge and experience in successfully managing and delivering results within tight time restraints and with competing priorities. Importantly, you also have a track record of:

- A demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff while developing capabilities, encouraging career development, and embedding professionalism
- A proven ability to communicate with influence, negotiate outcomes and manage complex stakeholder relationships, including across a geographically dispersed network
- A proven conceptual and analytical ability with sound knowledge of change management practices and techniques to enable innovation
- An ability to operate within a dynamic and challenging environment, remain positive and respond to pressure and change in an agile and productive manner
- Technical knowledge and experience in electoral legislation and operational requirements
- Certificate IV in Government (Procurement and Contracting) or higher
- A Minimum of 3 years recent experience in Government Procurement.
