**About the Role**
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Guest Services Manager to oversee and enhance the customer experience at Melbourne University Sport (MU Sport). In this role, you will lead a significant team, manage our leisure management systems, and drive improvements in service delivery. If you’re eager to make a substantial impact in a vibrant university environment, this role is for you
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the Guest Services team, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Overseeing the Leisure Management System, including generating reports and maintaining the customer database
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience and contribute to membership sales
- Managing the Guest Services budget and ensuring effective use of resources
**Who we are looking for**
We’re seeking a proactive leader with a strong background in guest services and leisure management. You should be motivated by the opportunity to drive improvements and manage a large team in a dynamic environment.
You will also have:
- Extensive relevant experience in guest services in sports
- Proven experience managing leisure management software and improving customer service processes
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate a large team of casual staff
