We are seeking a Retail expert to coordinate, lead, and inspire multiple teams to ensure we deliver and exceed our client and customer’s expectations.

Primary objective will be to maximise sales and revenue by consistently meeting ad exceeding customer expectation, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency. By implementing innovative strategies and maintaining high standards to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our food and beverage department and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.

**The Role**
- Oversee the operation of onsite café’s, restaurant, and food retail branded outlets across multiple properties.
- Use effective retail strategies to maximize sales and increase profit
- High level hygiene and safety awareness focus ensuring legislative and organisational compliance.
- Oversee the creation of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all food and beverage elements across retail outlets within the contract.
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of outlets, ensuring alignment with brand service objectives and aesthetics day to day.
- Lead the charge of updating and refreshing the visual identity of the Food and Beverage of both properties.
- Lead and inspire a large and diverse team of employees, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Provide clear direction, mentorship, and support for the professional growth of team members.
- Streamline operational processes for efficiency in creative workflows.

**The Person**
- Experience in on-trend, multi-outlet in hospitality management including growth strategy creation & deployment.
- Degree qualification in business, management, hospitality (an advantage)
- Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering commercial outcomes
- Commercially savvy and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities.
- Positive, supportive, ambitious leader with experience in carrying out personal development plans, staff training sessions and appraisals
- Has excellent verbal and written communication.
