As a result of growth, we’re looking to appoint an Employee Relations Manager. This is a
**permanent full-time position** based at our global head office in
**South Brisbane** (close to all public transport and across the road from Messina if you have a sweet tooth and already know the area)

This position will lead our Employee Relations function in providing strategic and operational advice and leadership in delivering employee relations and industrial relations advisory services to the Group. As our Employee Relations Manager you will have a strong focus in the negotiation of our enterprise agreements.
