**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Team Management**:
- Lead the paid media team to execute Google and Social Media paid ad campaigns for our clients from strategy, to implementation, through to optimisation and reporting.
- Assist the team to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and articulate the results to clients to emphasise the value of our service, effectively increasing customer retention.
- Foster a culture of trust, open communication, and 360-degree feedback
- Manage resource requirements
- Conduct development reviews with your team to inspire them to grow
- Refine department processes to ensure optimal department profitability and growth
**Strategic Growth and Thought Leadership**:
- Assist the sales team to create winning proposals and campaign audits on key pitches
- Support the client servicing team to recognise new service and growth opportunities
- Communicate key client opportunities, potential risks and other key nuances related to department growth in weekly WIPs
- Collaborate across departments to improve existing systems, processes and workflows
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the digital landscape, and champion the distribution of this knowledge company wide
**Account Management**:
- Manage a small portfolio of key Google and social media paid ad accounts that displays steady growth to the client
- Create and execute market leading campaign strategies
- Participate in onboarding calls, renewal discussions, and other key client communication that are driven by the digital account manager
- +3 years agency experience working with Google Ads and Social Ads campaigns
- +1 years experience successfully managing and leading a team
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect with different types of people
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping & Display) and Facebook / Instagram Ads. Bonus: LinkedIn / Tiktok
- Outstanding written, communication and presentation skills
