Davidson Technology is partnering with one of Australia’s leading financial institutions. They’re seeking a Project Coordinator with strong administration and scheduling skills to work in collaboration with the Project Manager to support the delivery of a complex remediation project.

**About the role**:

- As the Project Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Project Manager offering critical support across multiple complex streams of work. Primarily focusing on assisting with project governance, and risk management whilst ensuring the schedule stays on track and resources are aligned to project needs.

**What you will be doing**:

- Facilitation and scheduling of meetings, minute taking, workshops and the like
- Supporting reporting requirements for the project
- Timesheet management and managing onboarding and offboarding activities
- Along with all other program support responsibilities i.e. creating reporting packs, updating project management registers and tools and other ADHOC administration tasks.
- Previous experience as a Senior Project Coordinator/ Project Administrator within the financial services or banking industries
- Ability to work in a fast passed environment and enjoys taking a hands-on approach.
- A solid understanding of project management methodology tools and processes
- Your technical skills matched with strong communication and relationship-building skills will result in long-term success in the role and organisation
