Monday - Friday casual roster (38h-45h a week)
- Travel allowance when required travel between sites (up to $50 a day)
- 12 months maternity leave cover with potential becoming permanent

Our client is a major global company that provides a full range of environmental services and has more than 150 years of experience.

We are currently seeking experienced
**Site Administrators** to initially train and support from Henderson WA, then transfer to the Wagerup site in mid-late November in order to cover Maternity Leave. After this cover period there is potential being redeployed back to Henderson for another suitable opportunity.

**Your duties will primarily include**:

- Process weekly payroll into SAP and review timesheets for accuracy
- Handle documentation and record-keeping, maintaining accurate logs, reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Assist with Purchase Orders
- Cross checking and job costing involved
- Significant volume of data entry
- Other administrative duties as required.

**To be considered applicants must be meet the following criteria**:

- Previous experience working in a similar role (desirable)
- Driving licence & own transport (Travel allowance up to $50 per day available)
- Positive attitude and a solutions focus
- Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A
