**About the Opportunity**

A six month opportunity for a Support and Test Equipment Administration Officer who is responsible for ensuring all Support & Test Equipment is safe, certified and ready for use and located appropriately, in support of scheduled maintenance periods and URDEFS. This includes the issue and return of Support and test Equipment.

**Responsibilities**
- Opening of IFS work orders / work tasks for support and test equipment in IFS (ASC’s management system) correctly and in a timely manner.
- Entering of support and test equipment item details into IFS (ASC’s management system) as required.
- Assist trades to rectify any deficiencies in support and test equipment or availability.
- Creation of purchasing requisitions within IFS, to enable the purchasing of support and test equipment.
- Packaging and transport requirements from one site to another within ASC.
- Packaging and transport requirement to and from suppliers and calibration facilities in accordance with processes.

**About you**
- Previous experience of using IFS (ASC’s management system) is highly desirable.
- Previous purchasing experience of support and test equipment is highly desirable.
- Intermediate computer skills - Microsoft office.
- Mechanical, Electrical and Fabrication trades/product knowledge is highly desirable.
- Experience working with a Forklift / Walkie stacker.

**Eligibility**

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
