We’re now looking for talented **Sales Associates** to join our Sales team on a **12-month term contract** with roles available in all our regions, North, West and East.

We have availability for **3 - 4 days** a week with the requirement of working **Saturday **and* Sunday*.

In this customer-facing role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a positive experience for all customers, providing exceptional customer service and truly respecting our customers' dreams.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone genuinely passionate about sales, providing exceptional customer service, and seeking a pathway to develop their skills and potentially progress into a Sales Consultant role in the future.

**Key areas of responsibility include**:
Utilising your positive, friendly and warm personality, professional approach and strong communication skills, day-to-day you will be responsible for the:

- Welcoming clients to our displays, and providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Supporting our Sales Consultants with the sales process, customer contact, assisting with administration and preparation of customer files
- Engaging, building rapport, and taking clients for walk-throughs of our beautiful display homes
- Directly answering guest’s queries in display and via telephone, providing relevant information and promoting our homes and products

**Who we're looking for**:
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has
- Ability to develop a professional relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within a retail or sales environment
- High standard of personal and professional presentation
- Highly sales-oriented with the ability to multitask and strong attention to details
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Organised, self-motivated and strongly committed to work
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service, with a can-do attitude
