PERSOLKELLY are working with a client who is looking to appoint a **Hire Control Coordinator**. This role will be to centralise all Australian hire contract management, in an accurate and timely manner, whilst streamlining processes and identifying and reporting issues.
- Multi - National company with a solid, small WA team
- SOR location
- Salary $68,000 + super
- Dynamic Oil & Gas Industry

**The Role**
- Contract Management - data entry to companies' data base, liaison with several Australian depots, manage any delays or equipment damages.
- Provide high level support to all depots and internal & external stakeholders.
- Manage contract invoicing and liaison with the finance team.
- Ensure system accuracy and follow up on any discrepancies identified.
- Stock Management - Ensuring all depots stock levels are accurate via monthly stocktaking.
- Identify and report problems in processes, systems, or procedures.
- Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

**Skills and Experience required**
- Produces high quality and accurate work with a strong attention to detail.
- Strives to continuously monitor and improve processes.
- Maintains & complies with all Health & Safety standards.
- Ensures a pro-active approach to any identified issues.
- Operate autonomously with a sound understanding of time management and the ability to work within deadlines.
- Data Entry experience preferred.
