**About the role**
In this
**Permanent Full-Time** role, as a Customer Service Officer you will be responsible for providing consistently excellent customer service and expertise for all health fund products and services offered through TUH as part of the Contact Centre team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing the highest level of customer service through accurate information and advice to members
- Promoting products/services through targeted communication and sales strategies to increase membership growth and retention
- Managing enquiries through in house systems and contribute to the achievement of the team KPI’s
- Delivering support and assistance to all employees and teams within the business to continually improve customer relations
**About you**
Your enthusiastic and team focused nature will be a great asset to our Contact Centre team. You will enjoy working in a small team and highly flexible work environment, with a genuine focus on identifying and meeting customer needs and resolving customer issues.
High level customer service experience is essential to achieve in this role. You will have several years’ experience within a fast-paced customer service or sales role, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience within the Private Health Industry will be looked upon favourably.
