We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist clients upon their arrival, providing a warm and professional welcome.

Assist clients with bookings, scheduling, and managing appointments.

Provide information about our services, events, and creative spaces.

Manage payment processing and maintain accurate client records in our system.

Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Support the team with administrative tasks and daily operations.

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a creative or hospitality environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients.

Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer feedback diplomatically.
