**The Company**
With over 25 years in the industry, this head contractor delivers D&C commercial office fitouts, interior refurbs & EOT facilities.

**The Role**
As Site Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to oversee the on-site construction and delivery of fitout and refurbishment projects. This would involve coordinating subcontractors, designers and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed within budget and on according to program.

**Key Responsibilities**

Not limited to:

- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders on project status, including progress reports and budget updates.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, budget and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers whilst resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on site
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to safety regulations and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Min 1-2 years experience in the fitout sector, commercial office preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related field
- Sound technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and make decisions that benefit the project as a whole
- Experience with project management software preferred
