**Your new company**

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small and expanding organisation through a period of change as they shift from prototype to production. You will be a critical part of the team as they transform the facility for the next phase of growth due to a new contract award.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Program Manager your responsibilities will be varied as they upgrade the warehouse to a fully organised workshop and production assembly area. You will ensure a safe and smooth flow of production, while also coordinating subcontractors. Ideal position for a motivated individual to take ownership of the set-up of the factory, and coordination of the assembly technicians across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics. Additionally, you will develop processes across production, inventory, warehousing, and safety.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Trade Qualifications advantageous, and current Forklift Ticket
- Hands-on experience with repairs, maintenance or assembly ideally on naval or marine vessels and equipment
- Experience across logistics, warehousing, workshop assembly, safety, and product delivery
- A true team player, willing to be hands-on while also coordinating site activities
- Must be eligible to obtain Australian Defence Clearances
