Your new role

As a Site Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing commercial fit-out projects from start to finish. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a trade background (ideally in carpentry) who's ready to step off the tools and into a leadership position.

You'll be responsible for interpreting plans and drawings, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining site safety and quality, and building strong relationships with clients. Saturday work is expected, and once you're running your own project, you'll be eligible for a performance-based bonus scheme.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Trade background (carpentry preferred)
  • Experience in commercial fit-out projects
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Strong communication and subcontractor management skills
  • A proactive attitude and desire to grow into a leadership role
  • Client-facing confidence and professionalism
