**About the opportunity**:
Based in Moorebank at one of our bakery manufacturing sites, the Site Administration Coordinator will be reporting to the Site Operations Manager and is responsible for providing all office management duties to the site including reception, finance, and administration support. You will be an integral support function within the site operation. This position is significantly important to understanding the accuracy of the site spending and ordering activities.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Reception and office management duties including welcoming visitors, arranging catering and on-site events/meetings and ordering office supplies
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership team e.g. booking travel and accommodation
- Accounts administration duties such as raising requisitions, purchase orders and invoices through SAP for site
- Allocate expenses to accounts and cost centers by analysing cost categories
- Resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies
- Reconciling monthly statements & tracking budget expense
- Provide first level payroll support to line managers and employees as required
- Act as the Site Culture Champion ensuring key people initiatives are promoted and implemented
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Minimum of 2 years admin and Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency with MS Office, strong computer literacy
- Experience with SAP would be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects
- High level of motivation, professionalism, and attention to detail
