Our client is a successful Australian-owned and family-run group of fashion companies who proudly operate a national combined network of 104 retail stores and supply to 150+ wholesale locations throughout ANZ.

Reporting to the General Manager of Womenswear, you will lead a team of 19 Store Managers and be responsible for the results and profitability of your area of stores.

R
**esponsibilities will include**:

- Overseeing all day-to-day operational responsibilities across all stores nationally
- Provide continuous coaching, leadership, guidance and development of your Managers
- Drive a proactive approach to maximising sales and managing wage and stock loss
- Drive all operational standards, including inventory management, visual merchandising, loss prevention and OH&S
- Recruit high-calibre team members and provide them with an exceptional induction to the business
- Communicating and influencing key stakeholders across the business

**About you**:

- Strong multi-site management experience of 10 + stores
- An experienced, hands-on leader with great mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to inspire your team
- A caring and nurturing leadership style
- Strong commercial and retail acumen
- Exceptional customer service focus
- You cultivate a team environment of trust, motivation and accountability, to maximise performance.
- Strong Visual Merchandising skills
- Strong communication skills and high level of people and relationship management skills
- A proven track record of being successful in a fast-paced KPI driven environment
- A desire for continuous improvement
