At Gorilla Jobs, we are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Care Manager to join our client's Aged Care management team at a 152-bed aged care home in Malvern. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager.

As the Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of nursing and care staff, implementing continuous improvement activities, and ensuring all clinical documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

**The Role**:

- Coordinating and overseeing scheduled audits and clinical indicators
- Ensuring relevant resident health records and clinical documentation
- Monitoring medication management to observe best practices
- Leading and managing staff in a clinical aged care setting

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
