How you will make an impact

The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for planning and delivering fundraising appeals designed to acquire, retain, reactive, upgrade and cross-sell to donors of the Cabrini Foundation.

As well as being responsible for providing complex analysis and evaluation of campaign activities to inform and plan for future appeals.

This position is full-time and offers a hybrid working model with a combination of onsite at Cabrini Malvern and remote WFH. The role works collaboratively with members of the Foundation team.

Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day campaign management including agency briefs, data selection & extraction, and timeline management to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.- Work closely with Deputy Director to develop and deliver plans to grow the appeals, regular giving, and workplace giving programs- Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders for the successful delivery of fundraising campaigns.- Drive the individual giving through analysis, tracking, reporting, and measuring campaign success to maximise growth opportunities and drive income generation from new and existing donors- Lead the development of digital fundraising to support the appeal program

About you

You will be:
- Experienced in digital fundraising to support appeal programs.- Demonstrated ability to carry out duties professionally, with tact and diplomacy ensuring privacy and confidentiality requirements are maintained.- Results focussed and able to manage a broad workload, focus on the big picture and deliver day-to-day tasks.- Excellent organisational and time-management skills including the ability to troubleshoot under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Advanced skills in campaign reporting and data analytics, Raisers Edge, or similar databases are an advantage.- Advanced skills in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
