Our client is a major global luxury group who have an amazing opportunity in their Chadstone store for a Supervisor who is driven and self-motivated.

**About the role**
As Supervisor you will be partnering with the Store Management team to contribute to driving business results through continuous development of the store team and operations.

**You will be involved in**:

- Business Development - with a focus on achieving targets & strategy
- Client Management - delivering the ultimate brand experience
- Customer Relationship Management - establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, driving appointment booking and assisting with VIP events in-store.
- Operations - assisting with stock and backroom tasks, as well as visual merchandising according to company directives.

**About you**
- 2+ years in the retail industry - luxury experience is preferred but not essential.
- Understanding of speciality retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
