**Join Our Team as a Sales/Territory Manager**
CEA is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales/Territory Manager to enhance our customer base and drive growth in our **Atlas Copco product lines**. This role offers an attractive salary, a competitive commission scheme, a company vehicle, and additional benefits
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Drive new equipment sales and exceed budget expectations
- **Promote Used Equipment**: Leverage every opportunity to sell used equipment
- **Manage Sales Process**: Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to delivery
- **Customer Relations**: Build and maintain relationships with current and past customers
- **Product Demonstrations**: Organise and manage product demonstrations within your territory
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales performance, budget, and strategic objectives
- **Represent the Company**: Act as a company ambassador at shows, exhibitions, and business forums
- **Administrative Duties**: Prepare and submit sales orders and updates to the Customer Database
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated success in territory management and achieving sales targets
- Proficient in generating leads and cold calling
- In-depth understanding of the market sector and opposition products
- Ability to execute specific sales strategies effectively
- Skill in representing the company with customers and manufacturers
- Strong reporting and communication skills
- A knowledge of generator and compressor market / previous experience in this area is highly preferred
