Reporting to the National Manager, the State Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the end-to-end customer journey in line with Healthcare Australia’s (HCA) strategic objectives. This is achieved through the leading and
management of the Business Development and Onboarding, Recruitment, Customer Care and Rostering functions.
This leadership role will direct the provision of high-quality services through service and workforce planning to build HCA’s customer base and market share within the disability sector to achieve annual budgets and growth targets.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Ensure a successful dedicated team to deliver the end-to-end customer journey
- Conduct and document monthly supervision of all direct reports
- Manage any training needs or performance issues
- Grow HCA’s market share through customer acquisition
- Deliver on agreed gross profit targets and annual budgets
- Ensure the team understand and adhere to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Legislation, rules and policies or Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018
- Monitor the quality-of-service delivery in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards or Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018
- Be responsible for implementing and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead the Recruitment and Rostering teams to onboard and build our workforce capacity and capability to deliver an excellent workforce experience
- Work safely and in accordance with Healthcare Australia’s OHS policies and procedures
**To be considered**:
- Minimum three years’ experience and success with managing people and teams effectively
Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in Healthcare & Business Development
- Knowledge and/or experience of the healthcare sector
- Strong understanding of NDIS or Aged Care and/or other health related services
- Demonstrated experience in Relationship building and Stakeholder Management
- Experience and success in working in a customer focused service business.
- Experience in managing business development initiatives and activities preferably gained within a disability services/healthcare environment
- Experience and demonstrated success in sales/operations management within a service business
