$25-$63 /Hr Perm rate + upto $6000 car allowance & $31 -$69 /Hr casual rate
- Work 1:1 with clients in the community, no facility work

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Due to an increasing demand for our in-home care services across the Bayside area, we are seeking Home Care Attendants and Domestic Cleaners to provide domestic support services to our wonderful clients in the community. We are looking for people to ideally work on a permanent part-time basis however would consider casual employment across the Bayside region. You must be prepared to travel within reason and ideally be available to work across 3-4 days per week, you would be visiting multiple homes per day as shifts will be 1-2hrs long (KMs are paid for permanent employees).

Typical
**cleaning** duties will include:

- Domestic assistance ie assistance with dusting, mopping & vacuuming
- Washing laundry, folding & putting away
- Cleaning & disinfecting floors, toilets, showers, basins & mirrors
- Spring cleaning ie dusting bookshelves & wiping skirting boards
- Sweeping outdoor areas ie balconies, steps & driveways

Typical
**home care** duties will include:

- As above however will also include:

- Transporting clients to appointments & running local errands
- Assisting with shopping & meal preparation
- Providing general companionship & spending quality time with clients

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

While experience and/or qualifications are not required for these roles, your caring, proactive and supportive nature is just as important. Perhaps you're already experienced in home care, or previously worked in hospitality, community support or customer service. What's key for us is that you demonstrate an empathetic, kind and compassionate nature, and a genuine interest in supporting clients in their own homes.

Do you fit into one of the below categories? If so, we would like to hear from you
- Experience in commercial or domestic cleaning
- Current driver's licence & regular access to a vehicle
- Current First Aid Certificate (within 3 years) & CPR qualification (within 12 months) or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Working at Heights Ticket will be highly regarded

Due to the nature of the work, we do require the following:

- Minimum availability of 15 hours per week & consistency across the working week
- Valid driver’s licence, reliable roadworthy vehicle & comprehensive car insurance
- Willingness to travel in & across Bayside suburbs
