Due to an increase in construction projects in the Metro Melbourne Area, we have highly desirable opportunities for experienced Construction Managers to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for you to secure work with above market remuneration packages and negotiable flexible work arrangements.

Reporting to the Area Building Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing overall construction team performance against key performance indicators
- Providing coaching and assessing the performance of Site Managers on site
- Ensuring benchmark building practices and procedures and improving upon them
- Maximising workflow through efficient systems, including trade retention and allocation and supplier management
- Implementing effective project management
- Assuring trades/suppliers are working on each job every day to drive to completion
- Ensuring all homes are constructed to display homes standards as a minimum; and
- Fostering a work culture where customer experience and teamwork are paramount.

- Extensive experience from within the volume or boutique home industry
- Proven ability to deliver projects in compliance with building regulations and standards
- Proven commercial skills in managing trades, suppliers and project budgets
- Leadership qualities which have resulted in the development of others and a high performance team
- A strong customer service ethic, and the ability to creatively solve technical building matters
- The ability to ensure WH&S requirements are met at all times; and
- A tertiary qualification in Building /Construction and/or related discipline (highly desirable).
