Qube Ports provides port solutions and logistics services with bulk and general handling facilities in over 40 Australian, New Zealand and Southeast Asian ports. Qube Energy/Forestry is a subsidiary of Qube Ports.

Qube Ports is the leading Stevedoring, Bulk Logistics and Port Management service provider in Australia Qube Ports manages 25 sites for the forestry industry in Australia and New Zealand and is also the leading provider of supply chain logistics services to the energy sector, supporting thousands of onshore wells and rig supply vessels, barges and offshore construction vessels annually.

We lead the market in providing purpose-designed solutions for our customers, handling containers, bulk, automotive and general cargo.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Based in Qube's Head Office and overlooking Sydney's Barangaroo precinct, this position will support the Commercial Team in the administration and maintenance of contract documents, contract systems and assistance in the development of tenders.

Please note this is not a hybrid role and will be required to work in the office on a full-time basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer Commercials' Client Relationship Management System - Salesforce
  • Manage Digital filing of Contracts, Rate cards and Variations
  • Maintain Confidentiality Agreements
  • Prepare Qube's Supplier Prequalification's
  • Managing and updating Qube's Invoice System - Connect
  • Maintain Client Insurance certificate requirements
  • Projects and Data Analysis
  • Prepare Client Presentations

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • A high level of interest in learning, and ability to adopt, new systems
  • Strong Communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail
  • Intermediate organisational skills
  • Salesforce experience (desirable)
  • Previous transport/logistics company experience (desirable)
  • Previous Administration or project coordination experience (desirable)
