**Head of Intermediated Marketing (Employer and Advisory)**
**What can you expect?**
- This executive level role is responsible for partnering with the Mercer Super sales team to drive growth category through acquisition, engagement and retention of employer clients and through licensee and adviser relationships. The existing corporate super book comprises large employer clients and small to medium enterprises. The licensee and adviser book comprises advisers who are both plan and servicing level to key corporate super clients.
- The role will set the marketing strategy and plan to deliver on Mercer Super’s growth targets. It will work closely with the broader marketing function, sales and product teams to ensure strategy and go to market alignment. Key measures of success for the role will be new business wins, employer engagement, retention and facilitating underlying member growth. Engagement activities include employer and adviser experience improvements, content, campaigns, pitches and other retention activities.

**We will count on you to**:
- Set and deliver the super product marketing strategy for acquiring, engaging and retaining employer clients, licensees and advisers.
- Work closely with Mercer Marketing to coordinate the strategy and activities for employers who are broader Mercer and Mercer Super clients.
- Deliver a holistic marketing strategy for the broader Mercer employer base including segmentation and scalable servicing.
- Partner with the sales team to acquire new employers, including participate in new business pitches.
- Set and deliver the marketing strategy for retaining and growing adviser practices which partner with Mercer Super, including driving adviser to client growth.
- Contribute to the strategic direction and operational performance of the broader marketing function
- Develop leading propositions to drive engagement and retention across existing and new intermediaries.
- Manage budgets and suppliers to drive efficient and effective outcomes.
- Understand and improve journeys and experiences for employers and advisers.
- Build strategic, executive-level relationships with key stakeholders to influence stronger outcomes.
- Monitor competitors, industry and local trends
- Lead, manage, inspire and motivate high performance across teams, both direct line of influence and indirect.
**What you need to have**:
- Must be RG146 Compliant (or willing to be compliant)
- Deep intermediated / business to business marketing experience in strategy and execution, including the ability to work with data and insights to drive growth outcomes.
- Significant experience at an executive level in a similar role in a financial services environment - managing C-Suite level clients
- Building strong relationships across the business to deliver seamless and simple experiences to members.
- Digitally savvy, with experience leading and implementing marketing automation to drive scale with business customer interactions.
- Ability to thrive in a sales environment.
- Advanced conflict resolution and business acumen skills
- Solid understanding of superannuation from a consumer perspective, including working within regulatory frameworks.
