We have an exceptional opportunity for a Repair Centre Supervisor to join our team at our NSW Branch based in Gregory Hills, Sydney.

In this role you will lead your team and be hands on using your technical capability combined with your leadership abilities to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers and team members alike. Your ability to plan and execute your deliverables will set you up for success in this role as you manage your team of 2 Service Technicians troubleshooting and repairing robots and pool equipment, training with our Dealer networks and Pool Builders whilst providing exceptional customer service.

You’ll bring your experience in managing/leading a team and you will be able to navigate systems and adopt new ways of working, troubleshoot with your team, and bring your enthusiasm to a busy and collaborative environment.

If you have an electrical qualification, swimming pool plumbing experience, or an understanding of swimming pool water chemistry, these are all highly desirable, but not essential as we’ll provide you with the training and tools needed to get you up to speed.

**Team Management**

**Repairs**
- Repair Dolphin Robotic Cleaners, Ozone Swim Units, Chlorinators, Mineral Swim, and other product categories that Maytronics release in the future.
- Undertake service work both Internally at the Repair Centre and infield as required.

**Training**
- Training the Dealer network on DIY repairs in the Repair Centre.
- Training Pool Builders on how to install Mineral Swim and Ozone Swim systems.

**Providing Exceptional Customer Experience**
- Regular contact with Consumers and Trade Customers
- Assisting in troubleshooting
- Booking in repair jobs for walk-in customers
- Providing feedback regarding repairs
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- General customer service enquiries.
