**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Program Supervisors at Eureka Learning Centre design and supervise programs for children with autism, typically ages 2-10, in their home, schools, and at the clinic.

**Primary Duties Include**:

- Conducting functional behaviour assessments.
- Designing and modifying client treatment plans.
- Conducting staff and parent training.
- Leading team meetings.
- Collaboration with caregivers and other professionals.
- Upholding professional and ethical standards, company and BACB standards.
- Disseminating information regarding ASD and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through training and presentations.
- Other duties may be necessary at request.
