**About the role at Hibob**
We are looking for a driven, energetic, and coachable Account Executive, seeking an opportunity that can lead to professional growth in sales. You’ll be a highly motivated self-starter, capable of being proactive and creative to achieve goals. Strong ability to establish and drive sales activities for our SaaS-based offerings within the **Australia & New Zealand** region.
**Seniority**
**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.
**Responsibilities**
- Sales Pipeline Fulfilment - Ensure the top of the sales pipeline is adequately filled with quality leads
- Relationship Building - Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.

- Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems
- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
