Hatch is supporting Commonwealth Bank to find a great Digital Journey Optimisation Manager to join their Product Management and Design team. **About the role at Commonwealth Bank**
In this role, you’ll leverage data-driven and customer-led insights to imagine, create and deliver compelling and personalised customer journeys for our Personal Loans products.
Working collaboratively with our key stakeholders including Product, Data Analytics and Marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and execute digital initiatives across the CommBank website, NetBank and CommBank App that contribute towards delivering business outcomes.
**Seniority**
**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.
**Responsibilities**
- Project Coordination - Coordinate people and processes to ensure the effective and timely running of a project
- Requirements Gathering - Collect and understand desired specifications of a deliverable or project, and stakeholder requirements.
- Customer Journey Insight Development - Understand a brand’s customers and their journey throughout touch points and processes, to drive strategy for positive customer experience
