**How will I help?**

As the Digital Optimisation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimise the experience across all digital journeys in the Merchant Portfolio. Your primary focus will be driving sales by improving user experience, increasing engagement, and driving conversion rates. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital channels deliver outstanding performance and value to our customers.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop and execute digital optimisation strategies across web, mobile, and app platforms.
- Analyse user behaviour and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead A/B testing and multivariate testing to refine digital experiences.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement best practices and enhancements.
- Monitor and report on digital performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

**What do I need?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital optimisation, web analytics, and performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Insightech), and SEO.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Ability to provide input into strategy and best practices to drive sales + conversion uplift
