**Responsibilities**:
Manage internal Business Improvement projects: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, defining project goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Regularly communicate project status, updates, and deliverables to Team Leaders and Directors.

Promote operational efficiency: Measure, Streamline and optimise operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement within existing processes and develop strategies for enhancement.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
- Analyse data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with Team Leaders and Directors to drive process improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Technology Integration: Leverage technology solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and drive innovation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology for process automation, data analysis, and decision-making.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in utilsing technology effectively to improve their work processes.

**Experience and qualification/s required**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field (desirable).
- A genuine and deep passion for technology, computer systems, and emerging tech trends.
- Proven experience in an operations role, with a focus on leadership, project management and technology integration.
- Highly proficient in project management, including the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in utilising project management tools and methodologies (i.e., Agile, Scrum, Clickup/Monday etc)
- Experience with Shopify Plus, Integromat/Zapier, Inventory Systems, Power BI/Tableau
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimising operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent at managing your own time and schedule, with a focus on getting outcomes - whatever it takes.
- A track record of successfully being a key person in a high-performing team.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
