We are a boutique village style not-for-profit facility located in Roselands, seeking a full-time Receptionist (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm).

**Skills & Experience**
- First point of contact to greet residents, visitors, external contractors and providers by extending hospitality commensurate with the aims, mission and philosophies of Leigh Place, and consistent with the ongoing development of good community relations.
- Reception and Administrative duties, including but not limited to accurately maintaining our information systems and databases, telephone handling, thorough minute taking of various committee meetings, procurement and supplier management.
- Assist with prospective resident admission enquiries.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as request by executive management.

**To be successful, you must**:

- Display initiative, integrity, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a similar role in Aged Care preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain strong confidentiality and adhere to the Privacy Act.
- Hold a current Police Check
