Dental Receptionist

**ICONIC SMILES** is looking for a receptionist/conceirge to join our vibrant team

We are looking for someone available 3 days per week, who has experience managing patient appointments, co-ordinating treatment plans and assisting patients on their cosmetic and implant journeys.

You will be required to:

- Meet and greet patients; assisting them with a new patient form
- Building relationships with patients in a friendly manner
- Making and organising appointments
- Answering phones
- Organising records: photos, before and after, X-rays and OPGs.
- Instagram post and manage.
- Organising the day sheet
- Updating patients
- Courtesy calls to patients
- Discussing treatment stages and costs with patients
- Liaising with other team members to ensure smooth flow
- Updating doctors schedules

Must have Previous experience.

We are seeking an immediate start

**Job Type**: Permanant Part-time

**Salary**: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Trial Period: 3 months

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Casual, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 28 per week
